Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 days without providing any justification.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date on which you or a third party you designated, and which is not the consignor, came or comes into possession of the final product.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (GRAND PINOT – Michael Halbritter, Stuerzelberg 7, 97762 Hammelburg, email@example.com, Telephone: +49 (0) 15226355413) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by post, fax or e-mail) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the enclosed sample withdrawal form, but this is not required.
You can electronically complete and submit your declaration pursuant to the instructions and corresponding forms that are available in our online return center at //www.amazon.de/gp/css/returns/homepage.html (or any country/language specific amazon page). If you exercise this option, you will immediately be notified (e.g. via e-mail) of the receipt of such withdrawal.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercising of the right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you immediately, and within 14 days from the date on which the notice of withdrawal from this contract has been received by us, of all the payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the most favorable standard delivery method offered by us). For such reimbursement, we shall use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; In no case will you be charged for these reimbursement charges. We may refuse reimbursement until we have recovered the goods or until you have proved that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs earlier.
You must return the goods to us immediately or in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is considered complied with when you send the goods before the end of the deadline of 14 days. You bear the immediate cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to non-necessary handling of the goods that arises from the checking of the quality, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not exist for the following contracts:
- Contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and whose manufacture is subject to an individual selections/specifications (such as customization) or provision by the consumer or which are clearly tailored to the personal requirements of the consumer.
The right of withdrawal is excluded or does not exist pursuant to § 312g Para. 1 in cases of distance contracts for the delivery of goods that have been manufactured according to customer specifications (in particular with individual engravings or individual printing or logos) or that are clearly tailored to personal requirements or that are not suitable for a return due to their nature.
