1. Where can I buy Grand Pinot watches?
Since the manufacturing of each barrique watch is very complex and production capacities are limited, our unique watches are not available everywhere. We therefore have to select our distribution channels wisely and only select partners who also fit our philosophy. We will try to keep the list of suppliers up-to-date and make your shopping as pleasant as possible. You can find all of our extraordinarily elegant watches at www.grandpinot.de
Since almost every person now has access to Amazon, we offer a special service: We sell Grand Pinot watches through Amazon Marketplace. This means that we are responsible for production and shipment and that we do not require our customers to re-register in any of our online shops. This allows you to shop much faster and easier with us, and we can retrieve the orders once a day and put those immediately into production.
2. How long is production and delivery time?
We do not produce our watches on an assembly line. Instead we manufacture them by hand, and therefore we cannot offer to deliver a watch within a few days. Nevertheless, we strive for quick and efficient production so that you can quickly receive your barrique watch. The exact delivery times can be found on the respective watch page. If we advertise a faster delivery time, for example before Christmas, then these delivery times apply and we will do everything we can to make you happy.
3. How strongly do both the grain of the wood and the influence of the red wine differ from the individual images?
Each Grand Pinot watch is unique. The grain changes from watch to watch, as does the influence of the wine. It is a natural product, the expression of which cannot be influenced.
4. How do I set my watch?
Initial position / Manual winding of automatic watches:
The following applies only to automatic watches: You can also wind your automatic watch by hand. To do this, rotate the crown, in Position A), clockwise between your thumb and index finger approximately 20 times.
Setting the date (only for models with date display):
Carefully pull out the crown, locking it in Position B. The date can now be adjusted by turning the crown counterclockwise.
Setting the time:
Carefully pull out the crown, locking it in Position C) (please note: For clocks without a date display, carefully pull out the crown and lock it in Position B). The time can now be adjusted by turning the crown.
After adjustment, the watch must be returned to the initial Position (A) by pressing the crown back into its original position. Ensure that the crown has snapped into place to prevent ingress of dust and water and to ensure the maximum life of your GRAND PINOT.
